Tokyo Aleworks got together with Romance Chocolate, Gou natural mint from Nirasaki city, Yamanashi, and designer D. Takiguchi to craft “The Ultimate Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Beer”. Japanese grown mint and Indonesian Cacao brings together the “Ice Creamyness” perfectly in this one.

名前の通り、「究極のチョコミントアイス味のビール」という課題にTokyo Aleworks、浪漫須貯古齢糖(ロマンスチョコレート)さん、山梨県韮崎市で無農薬ミント豪-Gouさん、デザイナーのD. Takiguchiさんによるコラボレーションで正解が出せたと思っています！インドネシア産のカカオニブ、国産のミントが完璧にアイスクリーム感が実現できました。
